The Eastern EGG project started in early 2023. Predrag Petrovic, a serbian artist, created the idea of DADALand as a typical project inside of the mail art movement in spring of 2023. As the chief of mission he announced several positions to establish life and content for this creature. He appointed me as the DADALand Eastern EGG art facilitator. So i proudly present the first series of DADALAND eastern eggs 2023 als paper cut outs from a very old book (“el pan de los pobres” from Perez Escrich, Valencia 01.01.1900) and from other contemporary magazines.
If you are one of a few “egg holder” and citizen of DADALAND and I am happy to send you a couple of cut outs for your own mail art work.

… but your artwork will be exhibited as part of the eggsibition in the Art Camp in summer 2023 which is part of color garden project in Spain.
In the summer of 2023 a new variant of the Eastern EGG appeared, the QUEEN. If you’re one of the chosen recipients of this Eastern EGG, we’d love to see your collages and artwork involving the Queen. Please scan your results and document them here as well.
